    Application Maintenance

Servers, backups and updates looked after by one team

We take over your app's hosting or work on your infrastructure. We handle updates, backups, domains and cloud costs.

    From takeover to day-to-day care

We start by writing down what's there, including who has access.

    1. 1InventoryServers, domains, certificates, cloud accounts and backups. We note who has access to what.
    2. 2Clean-upMissing backups, expired certificates and outdated systems get fixed first.
    3. 3Config in codeServer and deployment configuration goes into the repo so it can be rebuilt.
    4. 4Day-to-day careSecurity updates, backup checks and a monthly cost review.

Signs your infrastructure needs a caretaker

    A server with no updates

The OS and libraries haven't been updated in years because nobody wanted to risk it.

The domain is on a private account

The domain or server is registered to someone who no longer works at the company.

    The cloud bill keeps growing

Costs rise every month and nobody knows which resources you're paying for.

    Nobody has tested the backups

Backups run, but nobody has tried restoring anything from them.

Where and what we look after

We work on the infrastructure you have, or suggest a move when it pays off.

    Cloud

    AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Vercel.

    Servers

Dedicated servers and VPS in Polish and European data centres.

    Containers

Docker and Kubernetes, where the app needs them.

    Domains and email

DNS records, SSL certificates, email configuration.

    Backups

Backups stored away from the server, with regular restore tests.

    Costs

Cloud bill reviews and switching off resources nobody uses.

    How we check the results

Every month we show update status, the result of a backup restore test and infrastructure costs.

    1. 1Servers with current patches
    2. 2Successful restore tests
    3. 3Infrastructure cost this month
    4. 4Access registered to the company

The report also shows what we plan to update next month.

    Common questions

Do we have to move the app to your cloud?

No. We can work on your servers and accounts. We only suggest a move when it pays off.

Whose name are servers and domains in?

Your company's. We have access, but ownership stays with you.

Can you cut our cloud bill?

Often, yes, by switching off unused resources and right-sizing servers. We show the numbers after a review.

How often do you back up?

We agree it together, usually daily for the database. Every so often we check the app can be restored from them.

    Describe your infrastructure

Tell us where the app runs, who has access today and what worries you. We reply within one business day.

    Fixes and bug repairs

You report it, we fix it, it’s back up. Priority depends on how badly the problem blocks your work.

    Small improvements

New fields, report changes, screen tweaks. Things too small for a separate project, handled from the pool of hours.

    Monitoring and response

We watch availability, errors and certificates. You hear about most problems from us – with the fix already in hand, not from your users.

    Any technology

We also take over systems we didn’t build – after a short audit of the code and access. Old technologies don’t scare us.
