An order lands in the store and moves on by itself
We connect the store to your warehouse system, accounting, marketplaces, couriers and payments. Stock, prices and order statuses match everywhere, and the team stops copying data between windows.

Store, marketplace and warehouse live apart
Someone retypes every order and updates every stock change by hand. At a few dozen orders a day that is a full-time job. At a few hundred it means mistakes.
You sell stock you do not have
Orders are retyped into the ERP
Labels and invoices are done by hand
Integrations, shown on a store, Allegro and Comarch Optima
Example: a store with 80 orders a day that the team used to retype across five windows.
The store and the rest of the business
We use ready-made connectors where they work well and write our own where they fall short.

BaseLinker and marketplaces
Couriers and parcel lockers
Payments

Common questions
Isn't BaseLinker enough?
Often it is, and then that is what we set up. We build a custom connection when BaseLinker does not support your ERP, B2B customer price lists or unusual stock reservation rules.
Which ERP systems do you connect to?
Subiekt, Comarch Optima and XL, enova, Symfonia, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics. If your system has an API or a database we can reach, it can be integrated.
What happens when the integration stops working?
Orders wait in a queue and go through when the connection is back. You get a notification right away instead of hearing from a customer a week later.
How long does it take?
A single connection, such as store to courier, takes a few days. A full ERP and marketplace integration usually takes a few weeks. We give a date after the flow map.
How much time goes into retyping orders?
Tell us which platform the store runs on and what it should connect to. We will tell you what can be automated and how fast.
