Your wholesaler's range in your store, with current prices and stock
Supplier files load on their own several times a day. Products get your markup, categories and descriptions, and disappear when the wholesaler runs out.
From supplier file to product in your store
Each supplier gets its own rules; the store gets one catalogue.
- 1Fetching the fileWe pull the XML or CSV file from a URL, an FTP server or the wholesaler's API, several times a day.
- 2MatchingSupplier categories and attributes are mapped to yours. The same product from two wholesalers is merged by EAN.
- 3Price and stockThe selling price is calculated from the purchase price and your markup. Zero stock hides the product or changes the dispatch time.
- 4Order to the wholesalerWhere the supplier supports it, a customer order can go straight to the wholesaler as a purchase order.

How we check the results
We count orders cancelled because the supplier was out of stock and products sold at an outdated price. Afterwards we compare the same numbers.
- 1Supplier products in the store
- 2Cancelled, supplier out of stock
- 3Sold at an outdated price
- 4Failed imports
Every failed import shows up in the panel with the reason before a customer notices.
Common questions
How often do prices and stock update?
As often as the supplier publishes the file. Usually several times a day, more often with an API.
Can we use different markups?
Yes. You set the markup per supplier, category or price range.
What about supplier descriptions?
We load them as a starting point. If you want your own descriptions, AI can write them in a separate step.
What if a supplier changes its file format?
The import stops with a notification instead of loading bad data. We adjust the mapping and resume.
