A label from the order in one click, tracking sent without anyone emailing it

The warehouse prints labels for a whole batch of orders, and customers get the tracking number and link as soon as the parcel ships.

From order to parcel at the door

The same steps for couriers and parcel lockers.

    1. 1Choosing deliveryThe customer picks a courier or a pickup point on the map in the cart. The order reaches the warehouse with shipping details ready.
    2. 2LabelThe warehouse selects orders and prints labels in one batch. Size and weight are filled in from the product page.
    3. 3Tracking numberThe number and tracking link go to the customer by email and appear in their store account.
    4. 4StatusesDelivered, returned to sender or an address problem come back to the store as an order status change.

Signs that shipping takes too much time

Addresses are copied into the courier panel

Every order means copying the address, phone number and locker code into a separate panel.

Customers ask where their parcel is

Tracking numbers are sent by hand or not at all, so support answers the same emails over and over.

    Several couriers, several panels

Lockers go through one system, couriers through another, and international parcels through a third.

    Returns get lost

A parcel comes back to the sender, but in the store the order still says shipped.

    How we check the results

We count time from order to dispatch, emails asking about parcels and shipments with a wrong address. Afterwards we compare the same numbers.

    1. 1Time from order to dispatch
    2. 2Questions about parcel status
    3. 3Shipments with a wrong address
    4. 4Returns with no status change

Parcel status questions quickly show whether customers get their tracking number on time.

    Common questions

Can customers pick a locker on a map?

Yes. The pickup point map is in the cart, and the chosen point goes into the order without anyone copying a code.

    What about international shipping?

We work with carriers that ship abroad, including the documents needed outside the EU.

Can different products go with different couriers?

Yes. Rules pick the courier by weight, size or country, and the warehouse just prints the labels.

We have contracts with couriers. Do they stay?

Yes. We connect to your own accounts, at your rates.

Tell us how you ship today
