One stock level for your store, Allegro and Amazon
Orders from every channel land in one place, and a sale in one channel immediately lowers stock in all the others.
One Allegro order through every system
The same pattern works for Amazon, Empik and Erli.
- 1Marketplace orderAn order from Allegro, Amazon, Empik or Erli lands in BaseLinker with the buyer's details and chosen delivery.
- 2Shared stockThe sale lowers stock in the store and every other channel. When an item runs out, its listings come down on their own.
- 3Document and shippingThe order reaches the ERP as a document, and the courier label is created from the same data.
- 4Status for the buyerThe tracking number and status change go back to the marketplace, so buyers see them where they bought.
Signs your sales channels have drifted apart
You sell the same item twice
Every channel is another window

BaseLinker can't do everything
The marketplaces we work with
Usually through BaseLinker. We write a custom connection where BaseLinker falls short.

How we check the results
Before rollout we count orders cancelled for lack of stock and order handling time per channel. Afterwards we compare the same numbers.
- 1Orders from all channels
- 2Cancelled for lack of stock
- 3Time to dispatch
- 4Listings created by hand
Out-of-stock cancellations are the clearest sign of whether stock is truly shared.
Common questions
We already have BaseLinker. Why do we need you?
We tidy up the account and add what BaseLinker doesn't do: a connection to your ERP, B2B price lists or unusual reservation rules.
Can each channel have different prices?
Yes. We set a markup or a separate price list per channel, while stock stays shared.
What about marketplace fees in accounting?
Fees and settlements from marketplaces can reach the ERP as separate documents. We agree the setup with your accountant.
Can we add a channel later?
Yes. A new channel plugs into the same stock and the same order flow.
