Store orders in your ERP, with no retyping and no selling stock you don't have
Your store and ERP exchange orders, stock, prices and documents. The warehouse sees each order right away, and customers can't buy what's out of stock.
What moves between the store and the ERP
We set up each direction separately, with a clear rule on which system is right.
- 1Order to ERPA new order creates a document in the ERP (a sales order, receipt or invoice) with the customer matched by tax ID or email.
- 2Stock to storeStock levels go back to the store after every change or at short intervals. Items reserved for another order don't show as available.
- 3Prices and price listsYou set prices and promotions in the ERP. The store picks them up, including separate price lists for wholesale customers.
- 4Documents for the customerThe invoice issued in the ERP appears in the customer's store account and in the shipping confirmation email.

Your ERP and your store platform
We connect through the ERP's API when it has one. When it doesn't, through the database or file exchange.

How we check the results
Before rollout we count orders retyped by hand and orders cancelled for lack of stock. Afterwards we compare the same numbers.
- 1Orders retyped by hand
- 2Time from order to ERP document
- 3Cancelled for lack of stock
- 4Price differences between store and ERP
Any order that didn't reach the ERP shows up in the panel with the reason.
Common questions
Which system wins when data differs?
We agree that per data type at the start. Usually stock and prices come from the ERP, and customer and order data from the store.
What about wholesale customers and their prices?
We pull price lists for groups or individual customers from the ERP. A logged-in customer sees their own prices in the store.
Our ERP runs on a server in the office. Will it work?
Yes. We connect through a small program on the server or a secure database connection. We check which one in the flow map.
What if the ERP is off overnight?
Orders wait in a queue and go through when the ERP is back. None get lost.
