A customer types "shoes for running on tarmac" and sees shoes for running on tarmac
The search matches products by meaning, not just by the words typed. It handles typos, synonyms and Polish word endings.
From a customer's question to the right results
The search uses the descriptions and attributes already in your catalogue.
- 1QueryCustomers type the way they talk, "rain jacket for a kid, size 128", with a typo or a different word form.
- 2UnderstandingThe search picks out product type, use, size and colour, even when the customer used a synonym.
- 3ResultsFirst come products that meet every condition and are in stock. Below them, filter suggestions to narrow things down.
- 4No resultsInstead of an empty page the customer sees the closest products, and you get a list of queries your store has no answer for.
Signs your search is losing customers
A typo means an empty page
Results ignore the question
You don't know what customers look for
Big catalogue, weak navigation
Better search without moving your store
The search runs next to the platform and reads the catalogue through the API. On hosted platforms we plug it in where the theme allows.

How we check the results
Before rollout we measure the share of searches with no results and how often a search leads to an add to cart. Afterwards we compare the same numbers.
- 1Searches per month
- 2Searches with no results
- 3Adds to cart after a search
- 4Top queries with no answer
Queries with no answer are a ready-made list of products customers are asking for.
Common questions
Do we need to change platforms?
No. The search runs next to the platform, reads the catalogue and shows results in your template.
Does it understand Polish word forms?
Yes. "Buty", "butów" and "bucikami" all lead to the same shoes.
What if our product descriptions are weak?
The search relies on descriptions and attributes, so with empty product pages it's worth filling those in first.
Can we influence the order of results?
Yes. You can promote selected products or brands and hide items that are out of stock.
