    AI for your store

"Where's my parcel?" answered without an email to support

The bot checks the order in your system and answers questions about parcels, returns and sizes. Complaints and tricky cases go to a person with the full history.

One customer conversation, step by step

The bot answers only from your store data and the rules we agree on.

    1. 1QuestionThe customer writes in the store chat or by email: "where's my parcel?" or "can I return a size that's too small?".
    2. 2System checkThe bot identifies the customer by order number or email and checks the status, shipment and return terms.
    3. 3AnswerThe customer gets a specific answer: where the parcel is, until when they can return it and how.
    4. 4Handover to a personComplaints, off-topic questions and upset customers go to support with the whole conversation and order details.

Signs support answers the same thing all day

Half the emails are about parcel status

Every day support pastes tracking numbers and tracking links.

    Return questions after hours

A customer writes in the evening, gets an answer the next day, and in the meantime raises it with their bank or on Allegro.

    Sizes and availability

Customers ask whether size M will be back and when, and the answer is already in the system.

Support can't keep up at peak

Before holidays and during sales the email queue grows faster than the team can reply.

Answers from your systems, not from the model's memory

The bot reads data through APIs and doesn't change anything without your permission.

    Store platform

Orders, statuses and availability from Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopware, IdoSell or Shoper.

    Couriers

Shipment status from InPost, DPD, DHL, GLS and Orlen Paczka.

    Terms and return rules

Deadlines, conditions and return instructions that we set up together with you.

    Helpdesk

Handover to a person in the system your support team uses, with the conversation history.

    Chat and email

The bot works in the store's chat window and can reply to emails.

    BaseLinker

When marketplace orders are in BaseLinker, the bot sees them all in one place.

    How we check the results

Before rollout we count repetitive questions to support and time to first reply. Afterwards we compare the same numbers.

    1. 1Conversations with the bot
    2. 2Cases closed by the bot
    3. 3Cases handed to a person
    4. 4Time to first reply

Cases handed over show what the bot can't do yet and whether the rules need changing.

    Common questions

Can the bot change an order?

Only what you allow, such as registering a return under your terms. Address changes and cancellations can stay with support.

How does the bot know it's talking to the order's owner?

It asks for the order number and the email or phone used at checkout. Without them it doesn't show any details.

What if a customer is upset?

The bot hands the conversation to a person with the full history, so the customer doesn't have to repeat themselves.

Which languages does it reply in?

Polish and the languages of the markets you sell in, with the same rules.
