    New store frontend

An audit that shows exactly where your store loses shoppers

We measure mobile speed, buy from your store like a customer would and compare that with your Google Analytics data. You get a list of fixes, starting with the ones that matter most.

Four things we check in every store

On a phone, because that's where most of your customers shop.

    1. 1Mobile speedWe measure the home page, product listing, product page and cart in PageSpeed Insights, looking at LCP, INP and CLS and at what slows them down: images, scripts, plugins.
    2. 2A purchase, step by stepWe shop like a customer: search, add to cart, pick delivery and payment. We note every point where something gets in the way.
    3. 3Google Analytics dataWe check which step loses the most people and whether mobile does worse than desktop. If tracking is broken, we tell you what to fix.
    4. 4List of fixesEach finding comes with a description, a screenshot and an impact rating. You start with the ones that block sales and plan the rest.

Signs your store could use an audit

    Traffic is up, sales aren't

Campaigns bring people in, but orders stay flat and nobody knows where they get lost.

    Mobile sells worse

Most visits come from phones, but most orders come from desktop.

    Everyone has a theory

Marketing blames prices, sales blames the website, and nobody has the data to settle it.

    Before a new theme

You're planning a redesign and want to know what to fix before you spend the budget.

    Audits on six platforms

The measurement is the same everywhere. What you can fix afterwards differs.

    Shopify

We check the theme, apps and their scripts. For the payment screen we point out what your plan lets you change.

    WooCommerce

We look at the theme, plugins and hosting, since they're usually what slows the store down most.

    PrestaShop

We check the template, modules and cache, and flag modules that load on every page for no reason.

    Shopware

We review the theme, plugins and cache setup, and how the store copes with a large catalogue.

    IdoSell

We check what the store controls: template, images, third-party scripts and admin settings.

    Shoper

We review the template, apps and content, and suggest fixes within what the admin panel allows.

What you get after the audit

Measurements and a list of fixes you can check later with the same tools.

    1. 1Mobile PageSpeed results
    2. 2Steps where shoppers drop off
    3. 3Fixes ranked by impact
    4. 4Assessment of GA4 tracking

Once fixes are in, we measure again and compare.

    Common questions

How is this different from the free AI store audit?

The AI audit gives you a quick picture in minutes. Here a person walks through a purchase, reads your Google Analytics data and tailors the fixes to your store.

Do you need access to the store admin?

Not for speed measurements. For Google Analytics and store settings we'll ask for read-only access.

Do we have to use you for the fixes?

No. The list is written so your own team or current agency can implement it.

What if Google Analytics tracks purchases wrong?

Then fixing tracking comes first. Without it you can't tell whether the other changes worked.

    Order a checkout path audit

Share your store's address and what worries you: traffic, cart, mobile. We reply within one business day.

    Other parts of this service

    Mobile-first design

Home page, product list, product page and cart, designed for the phone screen first. You approve the design before we write code.

    A faster checkout

Guest checkout, address autocomplete, a parcel-locker map in the cart, delivery cost shown on the product page, and BLIK, Apple Pay and Google Pay on the first payment screen.

    New theme or headless frontend

A new theme on your current platform is usually enough. For large catalogues and high traffic we build a separate frontend that reads store data through the API.

    Launch without a sales break

We test the new frontend on a copy of the store and switch over in the quietest hour. The old theme stays ready to restore.
