    Store migration

After the migration, orders still reach the ERP, the courier and accounting

We reconnect the ERP, BaseLinker, Allegro, couriers and payment gateways. Before launch we run a full order from cart to invoice.

From a list of connections to a test order

No connection gets switched off by accident.

    1. 1Connection inventoryWe list everything the store talks to: ERP, BaseLinker, marketplaces, couriers, payments, comparison sites, newsletter.
    2. 2Choosing the routeFor each connection we check for a ready-made integration on the new platform. If there isn't one, or it falls short, we build our own.
    3. 3Connected on a copyIntegrations first run against a store copy, in test mode with the payment provider and courier.
    4. 4Order from cart to invoiceWe place a test order and check that the payment, ERP document, label and invoice appear just as they do today.

When integrations are the hardest part of a migration

    Orders go to the ERP

Every order has to reach the warehouse and accounting software, and retyping isn't an option.

    Selling on several channels

The store, Allegro and Amazon share one stock level that can't drift apart after the move.

    Custom integrations

Some connections were written years ago and nobody knows exactly what they send.

    Payments and refunds

Payment statuses and refunds have to match in the store, with the provider and in accounting.

    Integrations on the target platform

Every platform comes with a different set of ready-made integrations. We check them before you decide to move.

    Shopify

A wide choice of apps for ERPs, couriers and marketplaces. Payments through providers available in Poland.

    WooCommerce

Plugins for Polish couriers and payment gateways, and often a custom API integration for the ERP.

    PrestaShop

Modules for BaseLinker, couriers and payments. We check older modules against the new store version.

    Shopware

Plugins and an API well suited to custom integrations with ERPs and wholesalers.

    IdoSell

Many integrations built into the platform. Custom connections via the API, within what it offers.

    Shoper

Integrations from the Shoper App Store and the API. We check for missing connections before quoting.

    How we check everything flows

Before and after launch we count whether every order reached where it should.

    1. 1Orders passed to the ERP
    2. 2Stock matching on every channel
    3. 3Labels generated from orders
    4. 4Payments matching accounting

Any order that didn't go through lands on a list with the reason.

    Common questions

Do we need to change payment provider?

Usually not. Most Polish providers work on all six platforms. We check before launch.

    What about BaseLinker?

We connect the new store to BaseLinker and check that orders and stock flow just as they did before the migration.

Will old integrations stop on switch-over day?

We switch them over together with the store, following the list, and check straight away with a test order.

What if the new platform has no integration with our ERP?

We build one via the API or file import. That service is covered in more detail on the Store integrations page.
